Free Shipping

We are offering free ground shipping on orders $50 and above for U.S. deliveries except for addresses in the state of Hawaii and Alaska. 

Shipping Information

TWELVElittle ships Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) via FedEx, DHL, and USPS from Texas. We ask for 1-3 business days to process your order before it ships. Depending on the destination of delivery, costs and delivery dates will vary. Once your shipment is sent, your tracking number will be sent through email. For all orders, we offer free Ground shipping in U.S. only. You can also expedite shipping with the following options:

  • FedEx TWO DAY (Business Days)
  • FedEx NEXT DAY (Business Days)

All expedited shipping must be placed before 11am in order to ship same day.

Lost/Stolen Items

TWELVElittle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please check your  FedEx or your local post office if you think your package is lost or stolen (refer back to your tracking number). Or if you purchased shipping warranty, refer back to your Guardia1 shipping warranty email confirmation with instructions on filing a claim through this link.

Promotional Codes

All of our promotional codes can only be used individually, and multiple codes cannot be used for one shipment.

International Shipping

For international shipments, we are using major courier such as DHL, FedEx, UPS and USPS.

Custom Duties and Import VAT with International Shipping

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.

Customers are responsible with ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. TWELVElittle does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.

* Certain countries may require certain documentation before the items are sent. If the necessary information is not provided, this may result in delays in the order. 

Return Policy (International Orders)
No returns or exchanges for international shipping at this time.

* If an international customer received a defective product, we can send a replacement under approval. Please email customerservice@twelvelittle.com if you have any issues with your shipment. If you can provide a picture of the damage it may help the return process faster. 

 

PLEASE NOTE: TWELVElittle will not be responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances that we cannot control such as any severe weather and natural disasters.
